MY ROLE
To define the vision and guide the team in setting up the core experience of a brand new app and it's service backend tools. The team consisted of: Team Lead (Me), Visual Designer x 1, UX Designer x 1, Developers (iOS, Android, Web), PMs x 2, QAs and a Scrum Master.
IMPACT
Successfully launched an MVP that was in line with the expected payback period.
