EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Finding a partner is a big deal in India. Everyone from parents to extended family is involved to find you a match. Hence, creating a scalable and accessible brand language that appeals to multiple audiences across geographies was essential.
MY ROLE
This project was a massive collaboration between cross-functional teams: design, product and technology. My role was to ensure all the teams and leadership is aligned to execute a design system for a 30-year old legacy org. The team consisted of: Team Lead (Me), 1 x Design System Designer, 1 x Mobile Lead, 1 x iOS Developer, 1 x Android Developer and 1 x Web Developer, 2 x QAs, 1 x Product Manager
